Arteora is a small, independently operated business based in India, selling handmade resin art, original paintings, and custom art products. We operate primarily through Instagram and this website.
All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect already confirmed and paid orders.
Custom and personalised orders require confirmation of all design specifications (name, colour, size, etc.) before production begins. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations are permitted. Arteora is not responsible for errors in custom details that were provided incorrectly by the customer.
All artwork, photographs, designs, and content displayed on the Arteora website and social media channels are the intellectual property of Arteora. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing with proper credit is permitted.
All sales are final. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on what happens in the event of transit damage or incorrect items.
Arteora's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us.
Due to the handmade nature of our products and the behaviour of resin as a medium, slight variations in colour, pattern, and texture from product photographs should be expected. These are not defects — they are a natural characteristic of handmade art. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse this website by introducing viruses or other harmful material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website without notice.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
